Welcome to Theatre Exchange

Location, Location, Location
Our work takes place in school halls, classrooms, leisure centres, church halls and community centres, as well as more traditional venues such as theatre and art centres.

Our workshops and performances are deliberately flexible and can be geared to fit a variety of venues. To find out more about suitable venues and recommended spaces in a particular area, please contact us.

Youth Arts Training and Mentoring
We continue to offer core training and advice for those who want to become practitioners in the field of youth arts. We hope to develop this and offer a mentoring scheme to young adults and pilot specialist courses inpartnership with other organisations. For further information regarding any of the above, please get in touch.

Education
Since 1995, Theatre Exchange have offered touring theatre experiences for Key Stage 2 students across South East England. In 2005, Dance Exchange was launched offering movement and dance experiences, which as with the drama programme, supports the achievement of standards attainment. In September 2007, in addition to our Key Stage 1 workshops, we launched IMAGINE, a series of workshops specifically geared towards the nursery and early years age groups.

Out of School
We also provide 'out of school' theatre arts projects and productions with and for young people. (For all holiday activities, please click here)
Full details of these will be appearing on the website soon, but in the meantime, please contact us
.
