Our team of professional fitness instructors are available to assist with any questions you may have, tips on training techniques or design a personalised programme to meet your goals.

Power Plate
Acceleration Training exercises on Power Plate machines including many benefits, ranging from an immediate improvement in blood circulation, to a variety of other measurable outcomes, such as increased muscle strength and flexibility, improved range of motion, decreased cellulite, increased bone density, reduced pain and soreness and faster recovery. Users enjoy a more immediate release of endorphins the neurotransmitters that make you feel good after exercise.
With proper use, Power Plate machines help stretch, strengthen, massage and relax the body. Power Plate sessions are availible at both de Stafford Sports Centre and Tandridge Leisure Centre. Your first two sessions will be with a qualified instructor who will design a specific programme based on your desired results.

Fitness Exercise Programme
An opportunity to review your current programme and discuss with the Instructor new goals and a new exercise regime. We recommend a review every six to eight weeks.
Personal Training
Personal training is available at both centres. You will be assigned to one of our qualified staff, who will be available to train you at a mutually convenient time. This will help you reach your training goals, help keep up your motivation whilst training and to aid you during a workout specifically designed for you.
Junior Workouts
Both gyms are available for customers 14 years and over. Between the age of 14 and 16 years programmes will not include heavy weight training routines as during this period the body is still developing.
Youth Gym
Our special Youth Gym is a one hour session aimed at young people aged 11 - 13 years old. It is an opportunity for young people to become confident within a gym environment, whilst improving their health and fitness ability and knowledge. It is suitable for young people of all abilities and experience, with tailored programmes aimed at improving fitness levels. All sessions are supervised by a qualified gym instructor. An excellent way to burn energy, whilst making new friends and socialising!
Youth Gym is focused on three I's:
INTERACTION - working out alongside qualified staff and other members
INFORMATION - finding out more about the benefits of exercise
INTEGRATION - building upon your self-confidence and social skills

Youth Gym Pass only £23
Please note: All participants MUST undertake a gym induction session as the first week of gym pass, and a parent / guardian MUST attend this induction session. Each session is open to a maximum of 12 participants.

de Stafford Sports Centre gym
