If you prefer to workout in a group or working out on an exercise machine isn’t for you, we have what you are looking for.
We offer a variety of Group Exercise classes ranging from Yoga and Pilates to Pump ’n' Tone and Thai Kick, and for those looking for a bit more of the non-traditional forms of exercise or want to try something different, Latin Rhythms and Dance Beats is sure to get your body movin’ and groovin’: Watch out for our new classes.

Class descriptions:
Wellbeing: For mind, body and soul. These classes are great for improving posture and flexibility, toning and strengthening, balance and body awareness, giving you that happy tingling feeling.
Core Balance / Core Strength: Pilates-based workout with focus on posture and strengthening the core abdominals, with balance and stretch elements.
Core Pilates / Pilates on the ball: Through Pilates, develop abdominal, back and pelvic musles, alignment, relaxation and body control.
Fit Ball: Use of a large, improving core stability and posture.
Pilates / Pilates 50+: A mat-based class that targets the deep, postural muscles: abdominals, back, spine and pelvic floor, to help improve overall central core stability.
Wellbeing Workout: This holistic workout combines elements of Pilates, Yoga, stretch and relaxation, re-energising, re-focusing and re-tuning the body to give a full sense of wellbing. Ideal for beginners and those returing to exercise.
Yoga: Holistic workout designed to strengthen, stretch and prevent bad posture habits. Yoga also improves mental flexibility and breath awareness.
Yin Yoga: Yoga-based class focusing on the deeper muscles through static, slow-paced postures.
Yang Yoga: Yoga-based class, with a strong dynamic practice, developing practice, developing strength, stamina and flexibility.
High Energy Workouts: For stamina, strength, muscle toning and increasing fitness ability. These classes will get your feet moving and your heart beating.
Aerobics: A high energy dance-style workout set to music.
Aerotone: Easy to follow aerobic workout and toning class, giving you that all over body workout.
Body Tone & Total Abs: A class of two halves! Specialised toning through to complete core workout.
Cardio-box: Punch and kick your way to a stronger body. This hogh-energy, semi-contact aerobic workout uses boxing tecniques to get you moving.
Cardio Trio: An intense cardiovascular workout, combining aerobics, step and circuits to give and all over improved fitness ability.
Hi Lo: This class is a great cardiovascular workout with a bit of floor work too. High and low options will be given throughout.
Introduction to Group Exercise: 4 week cycles to give participants an insight into the range of classes Tandridge Leisure offer, including Body Conditioning, Aerobics, Step and Circuits.
Lunchtime Circuits / Sunday Challenge: This past-paced class is a combination of cardio and resistance exercises - a full body workout!
Legs, Bums & Tums: Exactly what it says on the tin! This classes class focuses on those target areas of the lower body, getting you ready for the beach!
Low 'n' Lively: A low impact, easy to follow aerobic class, constructed with simple routines, and fun, gentle exercises, to encourage mobility, keeping the whole body on the move.
Lunchbreak Trio: For those who like a bit of everything. A mix of aerobics, toning exercises and floor exercises, for an all over body workout.
Pump 'n' Tone: A powerful weights-based class aimed at buring fat and building strength and endurance, (not bulk), in the muslces for the upper and lower body.
Pump & Stomp: Feel the powerful effect of this 90 minute high resistance workout! Tone muslces, burn body fat and improve body fitness, through the use of weights and steps.
Step / Step 'n' Tone / Step 'n' Sculpt: A cardiovascular programme using a height-adjustable step to perform easy to follow routines and a variety of step combinations, providing a high energy cardio workout to music.
Strength & Tone: A safe, low impact class using a range of studio equipment to help improve muscle strength and tone.
Strictly Abs: This class is a definite for those looking for an intense workout focusing on the abdominal and back muscles!
Thai Kick: Push your limits to the next level with this semi-contact, high energy aerobic workout, that promotes strength, co-ordination and flexibility.
Total Body Conditioning: A safe and effective, complete toning and strengthening class, aimed at a whole body approach, improving general fitness and strength.
Specialist: Workouts designed for specific requirements, because we care.
50 Low 'n' Lively: Just like Low 'n' Lively,w ith some exercises specifically designed for the more mature.
50 Pilates: Increasing mind and body awareness, strengthening deep abdominals.
Pre & Post Natal: A simple, low impact, music-based exercise class, designed to maintain fitness levels and build strength where necessary, in preparation for and after the birth. (Please make sure that you have had a post natal check from your midwife and received the OK before partaking in any exercise).
Aqua: Water-based workouts. Safe, gentle and fun.
Aqua Fit: A fun, water-aerobic workout to music, improving muscular strength and tone.
Aqua 50 : Suitable for non-swimmers, improve muscle strength and all over fitness. A stress free, low impact workout.
Dance: A fun and energetic workout, challenging your feet and teaching new dance techniques.
Dance Beats: Learn all types of dance styles, from street and jazz, to theatre musicals, in this funky dance class, suitable for both men and women from 16 - 60 .
Latin Rhythms / Latin Aerobics: A class combining elegant movements and beautiful music, improving co-ordination, fitness and confidence.
Urban Funk 'n' Fever: A combination of hip-hop, street dance and aerobics, and effective workout, boosting confidence, co-ordination and balance. Suitable for all ages, 16 years.
