Everyman Kids’ Club screenings have been chosen especially for children and are every Saturday morning for just £4.  At Tandridge Leisure we value our customers’ opinions highly, since customer feedback is an essential part of improving and innovating our leisure service. 
We are looking for customers to help us achieve this by visiting our centre’s as mystery shoppers.
Your role as a mystery shopper will help us measure the levels of service that we are delivering to our customers.
You will need to be able to visit the centre three times within a two month period, and use the activity agreed with the scheme coordinator and complete and return a report form.
In return we will reimburse you for the activity you are reporting on and give you a complimentary session for that activity (both the reimbursement and the complimentary session will be in the form of activity vouchers).
