In The Community
Tandridge Leisure is committed to enhancing the leisure and cultural opportunities available locally to Tandridge residents both within our venues and out in the community.
Our cultural development team is a small team of officers who provide professional expertise in developing dance, theatre, sports and visual arts experiences.
The team is also able to offer advice and support to local artists, athletes, coaches and tutors or those who have an idea for a community project. We are experienced fundraisers and event managers.
We work alongside other organisations to facilitate regular activities and special events offering a range of interesting and exciting cultural experiences for families, teenagers, the very young and our older residents.
By working together we have built a broad programme of regular activities for children and young people including basketball, youth gym to urban funk dance and textile design.
Special Events over the past few years include organisation of Surrey Youth games entry, lantern festivals, music gigs, schools dance projects, community theatre productions, craft markets and exhibitions.
